First Class: First item $3.00, Each additional item $2.00
Priority Mail: First item $4.60, Each additional item $3.00

Outside US: $7.00 for first item, Each additional item $4.00

Tax:

All mail orders outside Pennsylvania: No Tax

Mail orders within Pennsylvania except Philadelphia (zip code 191xx): Must include 6% state sales tax on all items except clothing AND on the shipping/handling fee.

Philadelphia residents: Must include 7% state sales tax on all items except clothing AND on the shipping/handling fee.

(For PA/Phila mail order customers: the easiest way to handle the above is to total the merchandise and shipping/handling fees, then compute the applicable sales tax.)
